Tour Plan

Day 01 Departure
  • Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo, and the itinerary for the first day will be as follows: Transfer to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Aswan to board the Nile Cruise Y. You will meet your tour guide in Aswan and you will be transferred to embark on the Nile Cruise before lunch.
    Aswan visits including Philae Temple, Felucca tour around Elephantine, the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk
    Philae Temple:
    Built to honor the goddess Isis, this was the last temple built in the classical Egyptian style. Construction began around 690 BC, and it was one of the last outposts where gods were worshipped.
Day 02 The South Coast

Abu Simbel temples

The two temples of Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari were carved from the mountain on the west bank of the Nile between 1274 and 1244 BC, and the great temple was dedicated to Ramesses II, Ra-Harakhty, Amun-Ra and Ptah, with 4 massive. statues, the second temple was dedicated to Queen Nefertari and the goddess Hathor, and the two temples were dismantled stone by stone and rebuilt on higher ground. The preservation of the two temples of Abu Simbel must be UNESCO's greatest achievement

Edfu Temple:

The site of Upper Egypt is dominated by a large, well-preserved temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Construction of the Ptolemaic Temple of Horus, founded on the site of a much older temple, dating from the period between the reigns of Ptolemy III (246 BC), and descriptions on the walls include the myth of the rivalry between Horus and Seth (perhaps performed annually as a religious drama.

Valley of the Kings :

Once called the Great Place of Truth, this valley is now called the Valley of the Kings. It is a majestic domain of the pharaohs who once lay in great rocks awaiting immortality. The isolated valley behind Deir el-Bahari is dominated by the peak of a pyramid-shaped mountain.

Giant statue of Memnon:
Colossal pair of statues known as the Colossi of Memnon, rising some 18m from the plain, are the remains of what was once the largest complex on the west bank, built by Amenhotep III.
